Rupesh Kumar Mishra is a computer science engineering graduate with over 11 years of industry experience in coding in core Java and developing over 30 enterprise and consumer apps. He is an expert in Kotlin and Java and has led teams for over 5 years, managing accounts and delivering 10 successful projects. Rupesh has also served as a scrum master for over 2 years and has been involved in pre-sales activities. Currently, Rupesh is a Technical Lead at To The New, where he leads the development of Android applications. He has been instrumental in revolutionizing the car rental experience for the customers of the largest car rental group of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he collaborated with a team of 30+ software engineers to integrate Convadis hardware into the cars to make the car rental experience contactless, self-servicing, and without human intervention. For this project, he was honored to receive the "Star performer" award. Previously, Rupesh has worked as an Associate Technical Lead at To The New, where he mentored a team of 5 software engineers and worked with them to deliver sprint tasks. He has also worked as a Team Lead for Android at Copper Mobile, where he developed the product as the lead engineer and mentored the team in creating a more robust and architecturally scalable application software from inception to delivery. Additionally, he was responsible for product requirement gathering, estimations, planning, and serving as a scrum master for projects. He automated static code analysis and release to the testers with the help of CI server Jenkins, Sonarqube, and Crashlytics. Rupesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology and completed his higher secondary education from Royal College, Mira road. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Android, Mobile, Java, and Jenkins. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Rupesh is a seasoned professional in the tech industry.
